Community Involvement

May 2025: The Wylie Chapter hosted The Business 101 Class : 6 C's of Business Credit for our team! Throughout this meeting we had the opportunity to learn how to prepare our business to secure funding, access working capital, purchase commercial real estate, and know the qualifications to get approved for a business loan. All while enjoying a delicious lunch. 

May 2025: The Bishop Arts Chapter brought big gratitude and even bigger flavors to Casa De Paz Montessori Elementary! From bundt cakes to Mexican favorites and charcuterie boards, it was a heartfelt celebration of the educators who shape young minds every day. Thank you, teachers. Your impact is immeasurable! 

May 2025: To close out Teacher Appreciation Week in style, the Garland Chapter rolled up with gratitude — and a food truck! Northlake Elementary staff were treated to macaroons, snacks, and sips under the sun. It was a joyful send-off for a week full of thanks to the teachers who give their all, every day. 

May 2025: Teacher Appreciation Week kicked off with heart and hearty plates at Cooper Elementary, thanks to the Garland Chapter! With fresh salads, savory spaghetti, and refreshing beverages, the celebration honored the incredible educators who pour into the next generation every single day. Here's to those who make learning come alive! 

May 2025: The Rockwall Chapter kicked off Teacher Appreciation Week at Rochell Elementary with style and sweetness! Customized macaroons from Branlan Bakery stole the show with their fun school-themed designs, alongside charcuterie boards, and snacks. A thoughtful tribute to the educators who inspire every day! 

May 2025: The Garland Chapter sponsored Teacher Appreciation Week for Carver Elementary School. Where they came together to celebrate the heroes who are shaping our future every day!

April 2025: The Wylie Chapter hosted our annual Spring Bash. The community came together for a fun afternoon full of karaoke, games, crafts, snacks, and of course our Easter egg hunt! 

Oct 2024: The Rockwall Chapter hosted an amazing Trunk or Treat event. The community came together for a night filled with treats, costumes, and Halloween fun! 

Oct 2024: Let's Grow Allen Chapter provided cotton candy to help raise funds for Anderson Elementary Fall Festival in Allen. 

July 2024: Let's Grow Garland also held a Back to School event for area teachers.  Teachers were able to enjoy lunch, pick up some supplies and visit with our participating businesses.

May 2024: Let's Grow McKinney donated 10 X $50 Wal-Mart gift cards to this charity. https://leiaskids.org/ 

May 2024: Let's Grow Allen hosted the Ribbon Cutting for Provision Chiropractic

May 2024: Let's Grow Garland provided lunch for Northlake Elementary Teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week

May 2024: Let's Grow Rockwall provided lunch for Rochell Elementary Teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week

May 2024: Let's Grow Wylie provided lunch for Bush Elementary Teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week

Mar 2024: Let's Grow Wylie provided a Community Easter Egg Hunt in Downtown Wylie.

Nov 2023: Let's Grow Wylie collected donations for Wylie ISD The Wylie Way Holidays.  

Oct 2023: LGN Allen hosted a teachers appreciation event at Anderson Early Childhood. The LGN Allen members heard about this school not having a PTA so they stepped up and hosted an event for them. LGN Allen setup a cotton candy machine for the kiddos and spoiled the teachers with goodies.

Sept 11, 2023: Our members had the honor of sponsoring the Lakeside Ambucs golf tournament. This non profit helps bring mobility to kids with disabilities. It was amazing to see first hand how we can help kids gain independence. If you or anyone you know can benefit from this please reach out! Again a big thank you to all the Ambucs team and Julian G Olalde Insurance Agency, LLC. for putting this together and having us be part of this amazing mission.

August 4 : Allen Group - We sponsored a breakfast for their teacher meeting and will continue to provide the pods for their coffee machine for the year for the teachers.We are "sponsoring" The Allen Pre-k school all year for items they need etc. 

July 25, 2023: We are excited for our first Teacher Party! A big thank you to everyone who made this event possible. We are blown away with the amount of teachers who reached out, we had no idea we would have all sign ups taken in less than 24 hrs.
